  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Opened or partially used coffee bags
  • Perishable products (such as capsules or brewed drinks)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Eligible Returns

  • Equipment that does not function as intended
  • Coffee products that arrive spoiled or past expiration date

4. Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
